Who We Are
DuBois Closing And Title Services, Inc. is a full-service title examination, title insurance and closing real estate company with two locations serving Southern Middle-Tennessee. Our two offices are located in Columbia and in the Campbell Station area of Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Our company is the outgrowth of an ongoing operation that has been in business in excess of 35 years. James T. DuBois began performing legal services in real estate matters after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1970. Early in his practice, he began closing residential and commercial transactions in his law office in Columbia. After approximately 15 years of performing these services within the law firm, Mr. DuBois established “DuBois Title and Escrow Company” in 1986. This entity remained in existence until 2001, at which time, Mr. DuBois and his son, Tom DuBois, formed Dubois Closing And Title Services, Inc. Since 2001, this company has been owned and operated by Mr. DuBois, his wife, Beth, and his two children, Tom DuBois and Marci-DuBois Middleton. Mr. DuBois is Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tom DuBois is President of the Company, Mrs. Beth DuBois is the Vice President and General Manager of the Company, and Marci DuBois-Middleton is the General Manager of the Columbia office. Ms. Debbie Elliott is the General Manager of the Spring Hill office.
From the two offices in Columbia, Tennessee, and at Campbell Station (located in Spring Hill, Tennessee), the DuBois family and their associates can handle the needs of clients and customers throughout Tennessee, and especially in Southern Middle-Tennessee.
