DuBois Closing And Title Services, Inc. is an escrow company which is engaged in the business of representing buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders in residential housing (including townhomes and condominiums), construction and development, commercial and industrial properties from development to completion.  Our company has been involved in virtually every type of real estate project in Middle-Tennessee.  We have also handled transactions for national and international companies.   

Our client-base includes realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, borrowers, developers and contractors.  Our company has been especially active in representing the interests of banks and other lenders involved with the financing of real estate, both residential and commercial.

Our company is also associated with the law firm of DuBois, DuBois & Bates which is active in the real estate field and has a working knowledge of the law in this area.  With this wealth of experience, we are able to serve the clients and customers officially in local, regional and national transactions.  Our firm combines the best of tradition and innovation in an established institution with the stability, contacts and experience that sophisticated clients and customers require.  Still, we are small and flexible enough to provide individuals and small business clients with the personal service they need.  We maintain a progressive attitude toward our client and service needs.  We serve our clients promptly and efficiently and strive to apply our own tradition of creative thinking, giving our clients and customers a competitive edge.
